Exercise and Food Choice Study

Exercise, Appetite, and Temporal Food Choice (EAT-FC) Study

This study is designed to determine how exercise affects food choices. Participants will be asked to conduct an exercise test and a supervised exercise session, fill out surveys regarding their eating habits, health, food preferences, physical activity, food choices and appetite, and log their activity for one week.

Participants should be between 65 and 75 years old, at a healthy weight, non-smoking, in good overall health, and able to bike for 45 minutes.

The study will require one virtual visit and 3 in-person visits to our lab located on Dodge Campus in Omaha, Nebraska. Participants will be compensated up to $100 for completion of the study.
