PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR RESEARCH STUDY ON EXERCISE AND FOOD CHOICES
A collaboration between The Exercise Physiology Lab in the School of Health and Kinesiology and the Department of Gerontology is seeking participants for a research study.
This study is designed to determine how exercise affects food choices. Participants will be asked to conduct an exercise test and a supervised exercise session, fill out surveys regarding their eating habits, health, food preferences, physical activity, food choices and appetite, and log their activity for one week.
Participants should be between 19-29 years old, at a healthy weight, non-smoking, be in good overall health, and able to bike for 45 minutes.
The study will require 4 visits to our lab located at HPER 109 (UNO Campus).
