Women in Criminal Justice Careers Mixer and Panel Discussion

The School of Criminology and Criminal Justice is hosting a mixer and panel discussion regarding women in criminal justice careers on Thursday, March 8 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. in CPACS Commons. This event will provide an excellent opportunity to hear about real challenges, triumphs, and motivations from women working in various criminal justice positions. Our featured panelists include Rosalyn Cotton, Chair of the Nebraska Board of Parole; Honorable Stefanie Martinez, District Court Judge of the Second Judicial District; Captain Kathy Belcastro-Gonzalez with the Southeast Precinct of the Omaha Police Department; and Diane Sabatka-Rine, Deputy Director of Operations for the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services.
