Professional Experience and ExpertiseMr. Kelley was elected as the Lancaster County Attorney in 2011, a post he continues to hold. Prior to that, he worked as the Deputy County Attorney and the Chief Deputy County Attorney. He has served as the prosecutor in more than 200 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials for misdemeanors and felonies, including homicides, robberies, sexual assaults, white collar crimes and motor vehicle homicides. He is a member of the Nebraska Crime Commission and the Nebraska Justice Re-Investment Council.
