What is your approach to working with a community partner?
My approach to working with a community partner is first to listen and second to understand and look for those opportunities where CPAR can provide the most benefit and have the greatest effect toward reaching the goal.
What are your research interests?
My research interests are Economic Benefits of Rural and Small Urban Transit Service, Organizational Leadership, and Neurodiversity in K-12.
I arrived at UNO after working for two other University of Nebraska campuses on federal highway and rural transit projects. CPAR’s data-driven focus was a great fit for the types of government grants and contracts I manage and pursue.
