UNO's College of Education, the Buffett Early Childhood Institute (BECI), the Metropolitan Omaha Educational Consortium (MOEC), and Midlands Mentoring Partnership present the Annual Youth Development Summit featuring keynote speaker, Paul Tough, March 19, 2014 at Omaha's CenturyLink Center.
Paul Tough is a New York Times best-selling author who will present his research and point-of-view on how children succeed and what factors lead them there. His latest work is, How Children Succeed: Grit, Curiosity, and the Hidden Power of Character, spent 12 weeks on the New York Times Best-Sellers list.
