Adult Fitness Program
The Adult Fitness Program is a supervised fitness class aimed at strengthening muscle and bone, reducing the risk of hypertension, obesity, diabetes, and falling while enhancing movement quality in everyday life. We have recently redesigned our program to accomplish goals related to balance, stability, and activities of our daily lives!
The program meets Mondays and Thursdays, 1:00-2:00pm.
