Sales Students Program Events
Semester Event Schedule
Warm-Call & Cold-Call Appointment Setting—Students make two calls to sales professionals acting as prospects. Students introduce themselves, respond to objections, and close the prospect on setting up an in-person meeting.
Partners in the Classroom Day—A concentrated job-fair. Partners introduce their company to our Professional Selling students and then mix and mingle in our classroom.
Sales Role-Play Competition—See our Professional Selling students in a ten-minute role-play with a sales professional acting as the buyer. Rapport, needs assessment, objection handling, and closing skills will all be on show.
Perfect Pitch & Networking Event—Mandatory for Professional Selling students, each will give a 60-90 second pitch on why they would be a great sales hire to a panel of judges. Networking dinner will be held between rounds and a guest speaker will presenting that evening.
