Human Resource Management
The Human Resource Management concentration is for students who desire an educational experience focusing on the human resource management functions of an organization.
These functions include workforce staffing (recruitment and selection), talent development (training and development), performance management, total rewards (compensation and benefits), employee and labor relations, and strategic human resource planning.
Human Resource Concentration Courses
Students must complete the following two courses:
MGMT 3510 Human Resource Management
MGMT 4040 Managerial Leadership
Students will also select four of the following courses:
MGMT 4010 Total Rewards
MGMT 4110 Staffing the Organization
MGMT 4120 Talent Development
MGMT 4220 Employment Law
MGMT 4510 Management Internship
