"Creativity As Survival: Outcomes and Recommendations" will take place via Zoom on Sept. 30 from 4:30-5:30 P.M. The access link for this event can be found below.
Twenty-two students from the UNO Honors Program joined Steve Langan, Director of Medical Humanities, during the spring semester for a new colloquium titled “Creativity As Survival.” The main question throughout this course was, How does the practice of and emphasis on creativity (in all its forms) help the individual, the team, and the community?
As members of three teams, students practiced and demonstrated a creative act (or acts) on Zoom throughout the semester and measured the effects of this work in various ways. During this presentation, team captains and a selected group of students will share their findings, lead a discussion on creativity during challenging times, and answer audience questions.
