NE STEM 4U

September 2012 – Present
NE STEM 4U is a student-run, faculty-advised organization through the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Dr. Cutucache is the founding member and faculty advisor for the NE STEM 4U program.

Drs. Cutucache, Tapprich (UNO Department of Biology Chair and Kahn Professor of Biology), and Grandgenett (Dr. George and Sally Haddix Community Chair of STEM Education; College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences) collectively work to manage this program and to provide exceptional pre-professional training for UNO undergraduates through opportunities for teaching, mentoring, and research.

We collaborate across departments, colleges, and across the state of Nebraska to provide engaging out-of-school time STEM activities for youth.
