This policy applies to all full-time employees at the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO).
A full-time employee who accepts employment elsewhere in addition to her/his regular duties must be sure that:
- There is no interference with the performance of duties at the university
- There is no conflict of interest as a result of the additional employment. The employee should discuss outside employment in advance with her/his supervisor if the potential exists for a conflict of interest
- No resources of the university will be used for purposes of her/his employment

University policy states that no employee of the university shall engage in any activity that conflicts in any way with her/his university duties and responsibilities.
