Early one morning it began to snow at a constant rate. At 7AM a snow plow left its maintenance shed and began to plow the streets. The plow removed snow at a constant rate and had progressed 2 miles by 8AM. It took another 2 hours, until 10AM, for the plow to make an additional 2 miles.

At what time did it start snowing?
