Spencer and Bryan are running on a circular track. They both start at the start line at the track. Bryan is running counterclockwise on the inside track, which has a
radius of 50 meters, at a steady rate of 200 m/min. Spencer is running clockwise on the outer track, which has a radius of 70 meters, at a steady rate of 280 m/min. If they
run for 35 minutes, how many times will they pass each other?
