Problem 13
A point moves in an x-y coordinate plane. At each step, the point may move one unit to the right,
one unit to the left, one unit up, or one unit down, meaning that it will always land on a point
with integer coordinates. If the point starts at the origin and takes a ten-step path, how many different
points could be the final point?
