Two people each have a whole number of dollars. When asked how many dollars each had, the first said, "If Person 2 gave me this many dollars, we'd have the same amount of money. But if I gave him the same number of dollars, he'd have twice as much money as I have.
Person 2 said "And if you remove the first digit of my wealth and place it at the end, you'll get Person 1's wealth."
If neither of them has more than 1 million dollars, how many dollars do they each have?
