



Welcome to the NASA Nebraska Space Grant Consortium. As part of NASA's National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program, we are funded to promote aerospace-related research, education, and public service programs to encourage a Diverse Workforce. This is accomplished through a national network of colleges, universities, and Industry and Federal Agency Partners.
General information About the Nebraska Space Grant includes information on NASA Nebraska EPSCoR, the strategic plan, Advisory Committee information, past successes, and staff bios. The Nebraska Space Grant awards Scholarships, Fellowships and Internships to college and university students attending Space Grant Affiliate institutions (listed on the right).
The Nebraska Space Grant offers several Funding Opportunities, including mini-grants and travel grants. Through our Higher Education and Public Programs, we focus on teacher training and workforce development. This is furthered through a strong partnership with the UNO College of Education. Additionally, we support NASA Education's Pathfinder Initiatives.
The Nebraska Space Grant has funded numerous Student & Faculty Research projects. Information about our annual conference can also be found under this section. The Nebraska Geospatial Extension Program offers training in remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), and other important technical skills to enhance Nebraska workforce.
The NASA Nebraska EPSCoR Program is part of the Nebraska Space Grant. This program works closely with the statewide National Science Foundation (NSF) Nebraska EPSCoR Program.
