In addition, he has been Administrator of Cliff Drive Care Center, Inc., a Christian social ministry and Assistant Superintendent of Free Methodist Church of Southern California, Azusa, CA, both since 1976. He has been adjunct professor Pastoral Counseling at Light and Life Graduate School, Mindanao, Philippines since 1997; Adjunct Professor of Worship, LAMP, Graduate Program, Greenville College, Greenville, Il 62246 since 1999 and Adjunct Professor of Pastoral Counseling, Haggard School of Theology, Azusa Pacific University, Azusa, CA since 2004.

He provides social and spiritual movie commentary for Cinema in Focus and the South Beach Beacon. He is also a contributing editor on human behavior to; "Light and Life Magazine" in Indianapolis, IN.

He has a B.A. in Psychology from Greenville College, Greenville, IL (1973), a MDiv. with an emphasis in Christian Education and Moral Development, Asbury Theological Seminary, KY (1976) and DMin. in Pastoral Counseling, Fuller Theological Seminary, CA (1997).

He and his wife, Cheryl, (pictured with him) have two sons, Ben and Tim.
