Mav-Rec Aquatics provides programming and facilities for members to enjoy aquatic activities in a safe environment. We offer a wide range of activities for all skill levels. Our goal is to help you gain confidence and have fun in the water.
Mav-Rec Wellness activates wellness of campus by educating, motivating and empowering faculty, staff and students to make healthy lifestyle choices specifically in the areas of fitness and exercise, nutrition and general health education.
Mav-Rec IPC is staffed with athletic trainers and student employees who are certified in First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescue. Our programs are free of charge for all students and Mav-Rec members.
Mav-Rec IM offers team and individual events each year for women, men and coed divisions. Students participate in such sports as: softball, flag football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, racquetball, etc.
Mav-Rec OVC provides a variety of recreational and instructional opportunities in the great outdoors and on the Climbing Wall. OVC offers trips, workshops and rental equipment year around.
Mav-Rec Sport Clubs provides opportunities for students to participate in sports at a recreational or competitive level. Each club is organized and operated fully through students efforts.
Mav-Rec Youth Programs offers a diverse range of high-quality activities and programming for the youth of the UNO community and the general public, alike. We provide an enjoyable and exciting experience for your kids at UNO Campus Rec.
All current UNO students who are paying UPFF fees are automatically members of Campus Rec. Faculty, staff, alumni, UNMC and spouses have the opportunity to purchase memberships, as well. Members are allowed to bring in guests for a daily rate.
