In the Large-Sized Department/College Challenge, Facilities Mgm't / Planning / Environmental Services squeaked out a narrow victory over Student Affiairs. Thanks to a strong showing by the Environmental Services Employees, they were able to get 46.3% of their department to fill out the online, comprehensive HRA. Student Affairs was a close second, with a 42.8% returne rate. In the Medium-Sized Department/College Challenge, the Library ran away from the competition, with a 57/7% return rate. Likewise, in the Small-Sized Department/College Challenge, where the International Studies & Programs rode a 56.5% return rate to victory. Thanks to all departments/colleges who participated. Motivation for the next time: You can't win if you don't paticipate!! |
What is the Wellness Stampede?
The Wellness Stampede is a health promotion program aimed at improving the overall wellness of all faculty, staff and students. The programs focus is developing knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs to change behavior, resulting in a healthier lifestyle. This will be accomplished through a collaborative effort by various groups and organizations throughout the UNO Campus. Physical, spiritual, social, emotional and intellectual health will all be included. The purpose of the Wellness Stampeded is for you to play an active role and take ownership in bettering your health and well being.
To participate in the Wellness Stampede you must register for Mav-Tracks.
