Each of our Personal Trainers has an extensive background in fitness, exercise and wellness.
All Trainers are nationally certified and hand picked by the School of HPER and Campus Recreation and must have completed the following coursework to be eligible to train clients:
Physiology and Anatomy
Most of the Trainers are studying Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Athletic Training or a related filed here at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
