These are a series of classes designed for a specific sport, fitness level, gender or targeted specialty workout to help you maximize your efforts in the gym. You get the benefit of having a knowledgeable Personal Trainer conduct the classes without the higher cose of one-on-one training.

About the classes:
CirCUT - This fat burning workout takes you through a variety of cardio and strength training exercises with the use of kettlebells to maximize your caloric burn. Each circuit includes 3-4 exercises for the hips, glutes, thighs, abs and upper body followed by high intensity cardio.
H.I.R.T. - This is a High Intensity Resistance Training class focuses primarily on cardio that raises your heart rate quickly and resistance exercises that will work to tone your body.
100-Day Challenge - This class is set up for the Live Healthy NE 100-Day Challenge. It is geared to informing individuals about nutrition and exercises that they can do throughout the challenge. Every class will have a 10 to 15 minute informative session about nutrition or a health topic followed by a cardio and resistance workout.
