Drop In Pressure

Drop In Pressure encompasses blood pressure reduction exercises through the use of relaxation techniques and stress management. Comfortable, research-based health discussions will mold the class structure. Participants will gain applicable knowledge, mindfulness, and develop valuable relationships within this 12 week class.
