Services Provided:
The Central Issue Equipment Checkout Center provides towel service, court reservations and open recreation equipment for checkout.
Equipment can be checked out by students, faculty, staff, spouse members, alumni, and UNMC with a current valid student ID or Activity card.

To check out equipment you must have a:

• Valid UNO Student ID Card
• Valid UNO Employee ID Card
• UNO Faculty/Staff Activity Card
• UNO Student Spouse Activity Card
• UNO Faculty/Staff Spouse Activity Card
• UNO Alumni Activity Card
• UNO Alumni Spouse Activity Card
• UNMC Student Activity Card
• UNMC Faculty/Staff Activity Card
• UNMC Faculty/Staff Spouse Activity Card
• UNO Iluno Card
• Campus Recreation Pass
• Master Swim (Towels Only)

Equipment is checked out on a first come first serve basis. Abusive use of equipment will not be tolerated. Users will be charged replacement cost for damaged equipment and lost towels.

All equipment must be returned by closing time of the same day the equipment was checked out. A $.50 per day late fee will be assessed. If the equipment is not returned within seven days after checkout, the equipment will be considered lost and the individual must pay the replacement cost.

An eligible and current activity card holder, student, faculty, or staff of UNO/UNMC/Alumni can sponsor guests (check guest hours). Guest may not check out equipment. Sponsors are responsible for the check out of equipment for their guests.

Dependents who do not qualify for an Activity Card/ID card are only eligible to use the facilities as a guest of an eligible card member according to the policies.

False identification or ID's that are presented by another individual other than the user listed, will be confiscated and turned over to the Director of Campus Recreation.

All UNO departments and student groups may reserve recreation equipment. Pick up an Equipment Request Form at the Equipment Checkout window and submit request at least 48 hours in advance for approval and to insure the availability of equipment needed. All group and department requests must be secured by an active valid identification card.
