Extensive Student Support
The progress of students in the Math Lab is constantly monitored by the staff. Extensive counseling is provided to help students achieve success in algebra. Specific strategies are developed that include time management, test-taking tips, handling math anxieties, and general study skills. The staff of the Math Lab is available during lab hours and by appointment. It is the goal of the Math Lab to make sure that every student who enrolls in the Lab (Intermediate Algebra and College Algebra) is successful.
