ABSTRACT:
The Choquet integral with respect to signed fuzzy measure is used as an aggregation tool in information fusion and data mining. To deal with linguistic attributes in databases, the integrand of the Choquet integral is allowed to assume fuzzy numbers. Keeping the fuzziness from the input fuzzy data, the calculation of such type of Choquet integrals involves nonlinear optimization problems. A numerical method with a genetic algorithm is introduced for estimating the membership function of the value of the Choquet integral with fuzzy-valued integrand.
