Find all the functions $f:{\mathbb R}\longrightarrow {\mathbb R}$ with the property

$$\big(\forall x, y \in {\mathbb R}\big)\big(x \neq y\ \Rightarrow\ \vert f(x) - f(y)\vert \ge 1\big).$$
