The University Honors Committee has the responsibility for developing policies and coordinating the Honors Programs of the individual colleges. The composition of this committee follows:

  • The coordinators of each college's Honors Program
  • Two faculty members-at-large appointed by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.  One of these apointments is to be designated by the Vice Chancellor as Chairperson of the Honors Committee.
  • The student representative to the University Honors Committee is the president of the Honors Program Student Advisory Board, or his/her representative.
  • The Director of the Honors Program is an ex officio member.
