NCA Recognizes UNO Speech Course


The Public Speaking Fundamentals course has been given the Program of Excellence Award from NCA. The National Communication Association's Program of Excellence Committee notified Dr. Lipschultz of the award in an e-mail on November 9, 2010.

Dr. Amy Slagell of Iowa State University served as the Chair for the Basic Course Division of this committee said "You have an excellent program and an exceptional course director!" You can view the award letter from NCA here.

Karen Dwyer and Marlina Davidson did a wonderful job while working many hours to prepare the documentation for the external review by NCA.
