UNO broadcasts statewide
Numerous projects in the works

Four episodes of the School of Communication student weekly newscast The Omaha News will air on NET2 this fall. This is the first time that the show is being distributed statewide.

UNO Students Matt SantaMaria and Toan Doan

NET2 will have two airings each -- 7 p.m. Thursdays and 1 p.m. Sundays -- of the four newscasts. Additionally, all broadcasts throughout the semester can be seen live on the knowledge Network (TKN), which is Cox 17 and Qwest 74. Episodes of the production also can be seen via TheOmahaNews.com.

Two newscasts from this semester are currently available here.
