No Limits! 2012 Student Conference in Women’s and Gender Studies
March 2 and 3, 2012

The annual No Limits! Conference focuses on student presentations of research and/or creative activity. Proposals for presentations of creative and scholarly work are invited from undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates on any topic from any discipline related to: women’s lives, masculinity, feminism, work, history, cultures, or gender studies. Dr. Michael Kimmel will present the keynote address “Guyland: The Perilous World Where Boys Become Men” on Friday, March 2 at 11 a.m. Cancelled. Sex+Money, a new documentary on domestic sex trafficking, will be shown Saturday, March 3, at 2 p.m. An expert panel will lead discussion following. (www.sexandmoneyfilm.com) Creative writing, visual arts, film, music, performance and scholarly papers are welcome. No Limits is an interdisciplinary conference on Women's Studies sponsored by the Women's and Gender Studies Programs at UNO, UNK and UNL, UNL's Women's Studies Association. The 2009 Conference was held at UNO. The 2010 conference was held at UNL.
