TLC Mentoring Program

The Peer Mentor program provides additional support for students who are participating in the Thompson Learning Community. All first-year TLC students will be assigned a Peer Mentor. These Peer Mentors work individually, with small groups of approximately 8-10 students to increase the likelihood that these students will be academically successful. Peer Mentors are not tutors; they might be better described as “coaches” who monitor the progress of their “mentees.”
