UNO Graduate Studies' programs take full advantage of the opportunities Omaha has to offer and have very strong community connections and partnerships with corporations and non-profit organizations that value and recruit professionals with a UNO graduate degree. These close ties to businesses offer a multitude of opportunities for internships, mentoring, networking and jobs.

The Omaha metropolitan area provides opportunities for personal growth and enrichment, with access to fine and performing arts, current technology, creative activity, sports, entertainment, and political and social centers with affordable housing options near campus.
