Scheduling Process:To schedule an appointment stop by Wellness Center to pay for your session(s) and receive the initial paperwork. We will match you with a trainer based on their availability, your needs and availability, and gender preference. Your trainer will contact you to set up your first appointment.
Each of our Personal Trainers has an extensive background in fitness, exercise and wellness. All trainers are nationally certified and hand picked by the School of HPER and Campus Recreation and must have completed the following coursework to be eligible to train clients:
Physiology and Anatomy
Most of the Trainers are studying Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Athletic Training or a related field.
