Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) offer a variety of techniques beneficial to specific areas of the body, most commonly used are Swedish and Athletic massages. The Massage Therapy Room is conveniently located on the second floor of the Wellness Center.

All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All LMT's handle their own scheduling through phone or email.
Jen received her massage license in January 2015. She then completed her associates degree in Therapeutic Massage in August 2015. She focuses in creating a relaxed environment with Swedish massage.
Grace Carodan is a Licensed Massage Therapist and has been practicing since 2011. She received her Associates in Therapeutic Massage from Herzing University in Omaha. She continues to expand her myotherapy knowledge in different modalities to help with pain, discomfort, and lack of mobility. She has a passion for self-care, sports, improving he body’s natural health and alleviating pain. Her massage specialties include Sports massage, Deep tissue, Myokinesthetics, reflexology, pregnancy, relaxation and educates the fundamentals of dynamic stretching.
