Health & fitness programs offer the opportunity to exercise and play at your own leisure. Choose from many free group exercise classes, personal training, massage, and many more of the classes, services, and programs that Campus Recreation has to offer.

Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) offer a variety of techniques beneficial to specific areas of the body.

Personal Training

With certified personal trainers on staff, you will receive one–on–one individual attention where you can learn proper weight lifting techniques and get more out of your workout.
