The Office of Research and Creative Activity at the University of Nebraska at Omaha is hosting a free one-day grant-writing seminar for faculty members who are interested in applying for funding through such agencies as the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation and the Department of Defense. John D. Robertson, Ph.D. will present “Write Winning Grants” on May 7 from 8:30 A.M. to 4:45 P.M. at the Thompson Alumni Center on UNO's campus. The information covered will be useful for any grant application process and all faculty are encouraged to attend. Faculty are welcome to attend free of cost and will be provided with a copy of The Grant Application Writer’s Workbook. Reservations are required, and may be done online.
