Professor Williams' teaching and research centers on personnel and policy issues. She has published refereed articles in Public Performance and Management Review, Journal of Public Management and Social Policy, and the Journal of Health and Human Services Administration.
Professional Activities and Awards
Professor Williams serves on the Personnel Board for the City of Omaha where she has served as chair and secretary. She has also served on the Judicial Nominating Committee for the state of Nebraska and on numerous other local boards and commissions
Hobbies & Interests
Professor Williams enjoys singing and is an active member of her church choir. Professor Williams' favorite thing is spending time with her grandchildren--Andra 5 and Ashiya 3.
