Secretary Specialist/Assistant to the Director of the School of Social Work "I love working with the students and faculty of the School of Social Work.
Biography On October, 23, 2003, Judy Milner celebrated her twentieth anniversary at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. For sixteen years, Judy worked as Office Manager and Assistant to the Manager of the Peter Kiewit Conference Center (of UNO's then College of Continuing Studies). Judy came to the School of Social Work in January of 2000, where she serves as Assistant to the Director of the School. Job Responsibilities Judy assists the Director with correspondence, reports, evaluations and other confidential materials, and coordinates scheduling and travel arrangements. Judy also provides administrative support for faculty, staff, student workers, paid interns and graduate assistants of the School. Activities and Interests Judy has been married for 44 years, has six children and twelve grandchildren. In addition to keeping up with family and friends-- her grandchildren in particular--Judy also enjoys working in the garden, walking the dog, knitting movies and reading. |
