Ultra Violet Week

Each September on UNO's campus there is an invasion of purple to Shine Light on Alzheimer's Research!

Sigma Kappa's Ultra Violet Week will focus on Sigma Kappa’s three national philanthropic
projects, raise Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness in the community, and raise funds by the activites we do during the week. All proceeds go toward the Sigma Kappa Foundation’s Philanthropy Fund for Alzheimer's Disease research.

Things we have done to raise money in the past is our Annual Rock-A-Thon, a bake sale, a memory game, and Dunk-A-Sigma! All these projects have helped us raise money for Alzheimer's Research!
