BICYCLES AND MOTORCYCLES

  1. Bicycle racks are provided on campus near the following buildings: EppleyBuilding (SE); UNO Library (E); Field House (SW); Arts and Sciences Hall (NE) and (SW); Kayser Hall(W), Durham Science Center (S); PAC (S); MBSC (N), (S) and (SE); and PKI (N).

  2. Bicycles should be chained and padlocked for your protection.

  3. Bicycles shall be parked only in areas designated for such parking.

  4. Bicycles found attached to fences, railings, light poles, etc., may be immobilized(chained and padlocked) by the Campus Security Department or the owner chain/padlock cut and thebicycles removed, should it constitute a hazard.

  5. Bicycles may not be parked/stored in buildings/offices. Bicycles found in campus buildingsor offices may be impounded by Campus Security personnel.

  6. Motorcycle parking is restricted to the following locations: Northwest corner of Lot A and the Northwest corner of Lot M at the Dodge Location, Southwest corner of Lot 2 at the Pacific Location and other specifically designated areas.

  7. No fees or permits are required to park bicycles/mopeds, motorcycles on campus.

  8. Mopeds may be parked in either motorcycle or bicycle parking areas.
