The Goldstein Lecture on Human Rights 2006, "Claims – legitimate and exaggerated – about Human Rights in Development,"  will be presented by Stephen P. Marks, Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Professor of Health and Human Rights at the Harvard School of Public Health and Visiting Professor School of Law City University of Hong Kong. The lecture will be held Thursday, October 19, 2005, 7:00 p.m. at the Milo Bail Student Center Dodge Room.
