Although our attention has been turned toward Afghanistan and the war on terrorism, the Balkans remains a place where the international community has focused much of its attention and resources. This slide presentation and running commentary, which is based on a recent Fulbright to the University of Sarajevo, will provide a glimpse of what Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo are like today.
