Steering Committee.

Starting in 1997 with 15 members, the Strategic Planning Steering Committee is charged with developing a plan for involving the campus, developing performance standards, integrating the Strategic Plan into other campus wide planning efforts and assisting with implementation of the planning effort. They will consider how to institutionalize an on-going, inclusive process. The group will also recommend to the Chancellor's Cabinet processes by which the campus community identifies additional steps to achieve prioritized goals as well as evolve new goals and strategies.
