Dr. Halla Kim, Associate Professor of Philosophy, joined the department in Fall 1999.

He received his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa.

Before coming to UNO, he taught at the University of Iowa and Loras College.

His current teaching and research interests center around History of Modern Philosophy (especially Kant) and Metaphysics. Currently he is working on a series of studies on Kant's moral philosophy.
