What is the Faculty/Employee Assistance Program (FEAP)?

The FEAP is a cost free confidential counseling service designed to assist faculty, employees and their families in addressing personal problems at home and on the job.

What kinds of problems are seen in the FEAP? Listed below are some of the more common issues:

Marital/relationship issues
Alcohol and drug abuse/dependency
Work-related issues/stressors
Financial problems

Other services provided by FEAP include:

Management/supervisory education and consultation
