Offutt and Off Base Courses
Once a student has been admitted to UNO and met with an advisor about their degree plan, they can register for classes at MavLink. Students can register until the end of the first week of classes. Active Duty must register for classes and apply for tuition assistance by the first day of the term.
Even when an Offutt AFB class is "full", military members may still be able to enroll. This includes both online and on base classes. Military members include active duty, reserve/guard, military family members, military retirees, DOD civilians, and base contractors. Call UNO Offutt AFB Programs at (402) 595.2371 to get a permit.
Check out the UNO Course Schedules page to find all of the classes available through UNO in the current and upcoming terms. Use the following links to find just the classes available on the Offutt AFB and other off-campus sites.
Request a Base Pass
Civilians that would like to take a course at Offutt must request a base pass from the UNO Offutt Office. This is a quick and simple process and only requires your driver's license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance. To begin this process, please e-mail the UNO Offutt e-mail or give us a call at (402) 554.2371.
Refund and Withdraw Schedules
The academic year at Offutt Air Force Base is evenly divided into three 14-week semesters as opposed to the 16-week Fall and Spring semesters and short Summer sessions on UNO's main campus. In addition, classes are offered on Offutt AFB that can be completed in one-half a semester.
