Post-Commencement Holiday Hours at UNO
Omaha - With the last day of classes set for Friday, Dec. 16 and commencement set for Saturday, Dec. 17, many students will be leaving campus for the holidays. For other students, faculty and staff remaining on campus, the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) will begin operating under holiday hours starting as early as Dec. 17.
After this year’s winter commencement ceremonies, the UNO campus will remain open until Saturday, Dec. 24. The campus will be closed from Dec. 24 through Monday, Jan. 2 with faculty and staff returning to work on Tuesday, Jan. 3. Classes resume for the Spring 2012 semester on Monday, Jan. 9.

Sunday, Dec. 18 – noon to 9 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 19 through Friday, Dec. 23 – 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Jan. 3 through Friday, Jan. 6 – 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, Jan. 8 – noon to 9 p.m.
Health, Physical Education and Recreation (HPER) Building
Saturday, Dec. 17 – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, Dec. 18 – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 19 through Friday, Dec. 23 – 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 26 through Friday, Dec. 30 – 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 31 through 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday,
Jan. 1 – CLOSED
Monday, Jan. 2 through Friday, Jan. 6 – 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 19 – Men’s Basketball Game v. Hasting’s College at 7 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 31 – Women’s Basketball Game v. Missouri Western at noon
Monday, Jan. 2 - Men's Basketball Game v. Doane College at 7 p.m.
MavRec Café and Library Café
Monday, Dec. 19 through Monday, Jan. 2 - CLOSED
Tuesday, Dec. 20 through Friday, Dec. 23 - 9 to 10 a.m. (Service Counter)
Saturday, Dec. 24 through Monday, Jan. 2 - Pick Up Only
Other locations, including the Counseling Center, Milo Bail Student Center, Math Lab and Writing Center, will operate under normal hours during the times the campus is open (before Dec. 24 and after Jan. 3).
