PKI Announces Scott Scholarship Winners

Omaha - The following high school students from Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri were recently awarded the Walter Scott Jr., Scholarship. The Walter Scott, Jr. Scott Scholarship is the most prestigious scholarship extended by The Peter Kiewit Institute (PKI), University of Nebraska.

The Scott Scholar Class of 2015 is comprised of 32 high school graduates from across the state of Nebraska and the Midwest attending the university on a full-ride scholarship.

The Peter Kiewit Institute is a University of Nebraska-level institute that resides on the University of Nebraska at Omaha campus. A premier 21st century high-technology learning and research institute, PKI is home to approximately 1800 undergraduate and graduate students and 110 faculty from two University of Nebraska colleges: University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Engineering and University of Nebraska at Omaha’s College of Information Science and Technology (IS&T).
