UNO Aviation Institute to Host "Red, White and Blue White Christmas" Concert
Omaha - The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) Aviation Institute will co-sponsor of "A Red, White and Blue White Christmas," on Tuesday, Dec. 4. The concert, which will feature Omaha's AVI8ORS Ensemble, begins at 7 p.m. in the Strauss Performing Arts Center on the UNO campus.
"If you've not heard the group before, The AVI8ORS perform a ‘true to life' WWII USO-style show with the vintage music of the 1940's big band era," said Robert Moser, Aviation Institute flight instructor. "We hope to see you on the fourth for Omaha's only ‘40s era Christmas concert."
Omaha Actor Dick Boyd will emcee the concert. Boyd has starred as Ebenezer Scrooge in the Dickens classic "A Christmas Carol" at the Omaha Community Playhouse every Christmas season for more than 30 years.

Tickets will be available at the door $15 for adults and $12.50 for seniors and children under 12. Advance tickets are available for purchase through Sunday, Dec. 1.
